Local Heritage Grants Scheme - Forms & Eligibility
Applications for small grants are offered each year by Council with the assistance of the Heritage Branch (Office of Environment and Heritage). The Local Heritage Grants Fund opens in about March/April each year. Grants may be sought to undertake repairs, maintenance and/or the re-instatement of missing components, of listed local heritage items within the Richmond Valley Local Government Area.
Successful applicants will be offered funding on a dollar-for-dollar basis to a maximum of $2,000, although more may be available for significant projects. The total of grants awarded in 2011/12 was $24,000.

The next round of grants will be offered in about March/April 2012 for the 2012-13 financial year.
