Social Planning
The following document aims to provide information on population characteristics within the Richmond Valley Local Government Area. In doing so, it will form an integral component of both the Social Plan (2004) and the Area Assistance Scheme. The intent of the profile is also to assist individuals, businesses, government departments and community groups to further develop Richmond Valley’s infrastructure and enhance the quality of life of the community.
